Are you getting the following error message? "It appears the credentials you are using do not have access to the particular title you want to watch. Please open a new tab and doublecheck that you are signed into [service] with an account that has the necessary subscription(s). Then return here and select "Verify Connection" below." We hope that message is self-explanatory (we certainly made it long enough). But if you need some more guidance, we're here for you!
Check your subscriptions
As instructed, you'll want to visit the website of the service giving you the error to confirm it's on their site and that you have access to it.
For example, say the show you want to watch is offered through Amazon Channels Paramount+ and Netflix. You don't have a Netflix subscription but are subscribed to Paramount+ through Amazon Channels. In this case, you'd want to go to www.amazon.com, log in with the same account you connected to VidAngel, and find the Paramount+ show on Amazon. Make sure it says it's offered through Paramount+ and confirm that you have access to it (i.e. you can play it on their site).
You could also go to Manage Your Prime Video Channels, and scroll to the bottom to see "Your Channels" (you can also check here: Your Membership & Subscriptions) to check if you have Paramount+ through Amazon Channels to watch your show.
Using the example above, you can go here for more details about Amazon Channel subscriptions: Amazon subscription Channels won't connect
If the show plays for you directly on the streaming service's site and you do have the correct subscription (and it's ad-free), then you may just need to select the correct offer on VidAngel.
Check your VidAngel selection
Let's check if you simply need to select the correct offer on VidAngel.
Our system should automatically select an available service that you're already connected with, but you can also manually choose the streaming offer.
On movies, click the "See Other Offers" button. On TV episodes, there is a dropdown menu with the selected service.
A popup of available streaming offers will appear. Select the service to which you're connected.
You will then see that service is the one that will be used, and you can continue with verifying and watching the show.
