If you are getting the message, "An Error Occurred: The provider has blocked this video. Please ensure you have access to watch it on their site." this means something is blocking your access. This will happen in 2 situations:
You do not have access through your streaming service
This could mean that you have parental controls or a PIN that is blocking your access. The best way to check is to go directly to the streaming service's site and try to start the same title there.
We need to update our system
It may be that the movie or show is no longer available and we need to update our system. Streaming services change their catalog often and we do our best to audit our system regularly. However, if we missed a title leaving a platform, it may still show as available in our system, even though it's not. Again, you can check directly on their platform to verify, and please send us a message so we can get it corrected sooner: Contact Support
