When you log into VidAngel, this means you have an account in our system, but not necessarily a subscription. What's the difference?
An account means you can login and view our catalog, but you won't be able to watch any content unless you have a subscription.
A subscription means you have an account in our system and pay monthly for our filtering service. A subscription allows you to watch Angel Studios content, such as The Chosen and Dry Bar Comedy Specials, and allows you to filter select content from your connected streaming services (Amazon, Netflix, Apple TV+) through VidAngel.
You can confirm if you have a subscription or not in your account settings on the website:
- Go to www.VidAngel.com and click "Sign in"
- Click "Profile" (or your name if you set that up)
- Click "Account"
You may have to also click "Manage Billing."
- If you do not have a subscription, then In your account settings next to "Subscription Plan" you'll see "No Subscription".
If you try to watch a show without a subscription, you may see this pink "Subscribe to VidAngel" button or a pre-roll video of our CEO, Bill Aho, inviting you to subscribe.
