NOTICE: Roku recently announced that on February 23, 2022, it will sunset all channels not available through its official store. This includes the current VidAngel channel. On that date, VidAngel and all other non-certified channels or “sideloaded” apps will be disabled across all Roku devices.
You are welcome to install and/or cast the VidAngel Roku Channel until that date. We are also getting some great options ready for you!
You can connect your Apple TV+, Amazon, and Netflix subscriptions to your VidAngel account on Roku, using our mobile app or on our website. The connection from the mobile app or website will sync to your account on the VidAngel Roku channel.
Connecting to your other streaming services allows you to watch some of your favorite content from those services through VidAngel with our filters. This connection allows us to verify that you have access to the title. We can then display it on our platform with filters.
Connect on Roku
Since the VidAngel TV apps use your connection from the website or mobile app, you first need to connect to your services on the VidAngel website or mobile app. Once connected there, return to your Roku to sync the connection.
Connect streaming services on the mobile app
Connect streaming services on the website
- Open the VidAngel channel on your Roku
- From the main page, click "Connect"
- Click "Sync" to link the connection from the app or website to your Roku
When the service is connected, you will see the blue checkmark indicating that a specific service is actively connected to VidAngel.
