If you are seeing the "Retry" button with the message, "Please use the mobile app or VidAngel.com to manage accounts" on your Apple TV, you just need to go to the VidAngel website or our mobile app to complete the verification.
We know this process is not ideal yet and we hope to make it a smoother experience in the future. But for now, we're here to help you get back to watching your show ASAP. Here's how:
Verify on the Mobile App or Website
- Log in to the VidAngel website or mobile app with the same account that holds your Apple TV connections.
- Find and verify the title you want to watch.
NOTE: For Amazon Video rentals or purchases, you will first need to rent/purchase the title and then verify. See How to watch Amazon Video rentals or purchases
- After it verifies, you can go back to the Apple TV app and press the "Retry" button.
- You should see the screen below on your TV. You can then click "Watch Now" and watch your show directly on your Apple TV.
