If you are able to connect to your services, but constantly have to keep reconnecting them on VidAngel, please know that your connection should stay good on VidAngel until something happens to invalidate it. Here is some information and suggestions.
Use the Browser Extension
If you're connected through our website, please be sure that you're using our browser extension. The VidAngel browser extension allows us to hold the connection to your streaming services.
If you're only connected on the mobile app, you can also try connecting through the website with the browser extension, to see if that will help hold the connection better for you.
Check Service Settings
You could check the privacy and security settings on your services to see if you can change anything to help you stay connected longer. Sometimes streaming accounts shared with people outside your home will be targeted due to multiple IP addresses being used to access the content. This can cause a session to time-out.
Netflix security will sometimes time-out sessions after some (unknown to us) amount of time and makes you log in again. Here is an article from them that you can read to understand this a little better: I keep getting prompted to sign in to Netflix.
Be sure you check the "Remember Me" box when signing in.
Amazon also does this unless you click on the button that says "Keep me signed in."
Additionally, make sure you're not logging out of these sites after you connect.
Check Browser Settings
If you have high-security settings this could be impacting the connection. If you're using Chrome, you can check by going to the menu > Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data. Make sure that you have not checked "Block third-party cookies" or "Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows".
If your connection has gone bad on Apple TV+, Amazon, or Netflix, you will need to refresh your connection on VidAngel: Connect Services
