If you need to update or change your credit card information due to a Failed Payment email or you received a new card from your bank, you can do so in your Account Settings.
- From our website, click the profile icon, in the top right-hand corner, then select SETTINGS

- Select Update Billing
- You'll get a pop-up window that allows you to enter your new billing information
- Click SAVE BILLING INFO and you're good to go!
2-Factor Security previously set up
If you get a pop-up window about a code that was texted to you, that means that you set up a 2-factor security setting with Stripe. At this point, you can either let us know so we can have a Support Team Member change your phone number in Stripe, or you can wait approximately 20 seconds, and then you will be prompted with the option to enter the information manually.
