If you need to update or change your credit card information due to a Failed Payment notification or you received a new card from your bank, you can do so in your Account Settings on our website.
- From our website, click "Profile" (or your name) in the top right-hand corner.
- Select "Account".

- Select "Update Billing".
- You'll get a pop-up window to update your information
- Click "Save Billing Info" and you're good to go!
2FA Previously Setup
If you get a pop-up window about a code that was texted to you, that means that you set up 2-factor authentication security with Stipe, our billing software. At this point, you can either contact us so we can have a Support Team Member change your phone number in Stripe, or you can wait approximately 20 seconds and then you will be prompted with the option to enter the information manually.
