We have a chatbot assistant that will direct you to the most helpful information first. If the bot is not able to help you, it will send your message straight to us. If this message is sent during live chat hours (see table above), then we will respond to you right away through a live chat! If it's sent outside of chat hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible via email.
We are now offering outbound phone support! This means that phone calls can be scheduled through email or chat. It is available upon request, however, please keep in mind it is meant to be for setup or troubleshooting issues; all billing and other questions will be handled via email or chat. Once scheduled, you will be emailed instructions and called by one of our Support Angels at the arranged time.
